OUR CLASSES
One to one training and group sessions with a maximum of 10 people.
At Rolands we practice:
Muay Thai, Kickboxing, BJJ, Kyokushin Karate, Wing Chun(Kungfu), Boxing, Strength & Cardio Fitness (HIIT), Yoga.
We offer one to one personal training by skilled & experienced personal trainers. Contact us for free talk.
